New services: private cars and driver assistance
These separately quoted services do not replace the published Xingzou Zhangjiajie B or Xingzou Xiangxi B packages. All prices are in CNY per vehicle per day.

Economy 5-seat car: 300–400; standard 7-seat MPV: 400–550; upgraded 5–7-seat MPV: 700–1200; 9-seat vehicle: 550–700; 9–15-seat vehicle: 800–950; 18–23-seat vehicle: 900–1100. Rated seats include the driver; confirm passenger capacity, luggage space, model and travel date in the quotation.
Daily allowance and exclusions
The basic service includes a driver, 8 hours and 100 km per vehicle per day. Tolls, bridge charges, parking and driver meals/accommodation are excluded. This is a separate option from existing toll-inclusive quotations. Unused allowances do not carry forward; agree the continuous service period in advance.
Extra charges
5-seat vehicles: 30/hour overtime and 3/km excess distance. 7–9-seat vehicles: 50/hour and 5/km. Driver lunch/dinner: 30 per meal; overnight accommodation when required: 350/night. Service after 21:00: 100 per occasion. Confirm return mileage and relocation fees in the written quotation. Other vehicle classes need a separate excess-charge quotation.
Driver assistance and licensed guides
For this new driver-assistance option, groups of up to 6 receive driving, route coordination and itinerary assistance, without licensed scenic commentary. A licensed guide may be booked separately. Groups above 6 have a separate licensed guide; confirm whether the fee is included. Existing Xingzou B packages retain their own dedicated-guide arrangements.
Standalone guide booking
Licensed Chinese guide, 8 hours/day: 300–400 from November to March, or 400–600 from April to October and public holidays; experienced local guide: 500–800. English: 300–800/day; Korean and other listed foreign languages: 1000–1500/day. Vehicles, tickets, cable cars/lifts, meals and accommodation are excluded. Overtime beyond the agreed 8 hours: 50/hour. Enquire at least 3 days ahead for English or 5–7 days for other languages, earlier in peak periods; availability requires confirmation.
Private parties and shared departures
A private party has its own vehicle and is not merged with strangers; one traveller may enquire. Changes remain within the agreed itinerary. New shared departures follow fixed routes and meeting times, normally requiring at least 10 guests; limits are written in the itinerary. This minimum does not apply to existing 2–10-person Xingzou B products. Confirm sharing, guide arrangements, shopping stops and optional activities before booking.
Vehicle service boundaries
Cars mainly serve city transfers, entrance-to-entrance journeys and intercity legs such as Zhangjiajie–Fenghuang. Scenic-area transport depends on the specific attraction and reserved route. A private car does not mean vehicle access to every sightseeing location.
Rooms, children and cancellation
Confirm room occupancy, room type, nights, single-room supplements and extra beds. Children’s quotations should list seats, beds, meals and tickets separately. Check concession eligibility and booking/opening arrangements for each attraction. Obtain the applicable cancellation terms before signing, including incurred costs, refund handling and holiday dates; confirm the applicable charges in the contract.
