Zhangjiajie arrival transfers and booking preparation for international visitors

Published:

Use the exact arrival point

For a Zhangjiajie reception enquiry, give the airport or railway station name exactly as shown on your booking. Include the flight or train number, arrival date and time. If your wider journey begins in Changsha, mention this early so we can discuss a different starting point.

Confirm the meeting arrangement

Before travelling, agree the meeting location, contact method and what to do if your arrival is delayed. Provide the number of travellers and large bags so the vehicle can be matched to the group. A transfer quotation should identify its starting point and destination.

Request your guide language

Niuben has professional English-speaking and Korean-speaking guides. Ask for your preferred language and specify whether you need a guide for the transfer, sightseeing days or the wider journey. A driver transfer does not automatically mean a language guide accompanies every journey.

Prepare documents and hotel details

Use the same traveller names as on the documents required for your reservations. Share the hotel name and address when accommodation is already booked. Reservation details should be provided through the agreed booking channel; there is no need to put passport information into a public comment.

Check the written quotation

Confirm the vehicle, guide days, accommodation arrangements and attraction tickets included in the proposal. Ask how waiting, itinerary changes and separately priced services will be handled. Keep the confirmed meeting instructions accessible when travelling and tell us about important updates to your arrival plan.
